1 Day Drakensberg Safari (World Heritage Site)
Description:
A full day tour incorporating walking and driving, you choose! This tour is broken into two parts allowing the guest to choose what best suits their ability and interest in the Drakensberg. As this is a world heritage site, this tour is highly recommended. A choice of hiking to bushman paintings or 4 by 4 your way into Lesotho is offered.
Alternative options: You could opt for a full day hike instead of the horse ride only if all the other tourists in the group are in agreement. You could do a tree top forest canopy tour at howick, which is quite an exhilarating experience, where you are harnessed to steel cables, elevated to the forest canopy to enjoy a unique aerial view of the natural forest and its associated wildlife.
