Kamikaze Kanyon is a full day of pure African Adrenaline.  After meeting up in Long Street, the day starts early with a hearty breakfast to prepare for the action to follow!  From there we head out on a 45min drive along False Bay to the Canyon.

We start the adventure with a short hike in the beautiful gorge to the crystal clear rock pools where we spend the morning kloofing (jumping off the rocks into the water).  The jumps start at 3m and get progressively higher, up the awesome 23m Kamikaze jump!!  What a thrill.

You have surely earned your lunch at this stage and we enjoy this along the side of the mountatin streat and chill out for the BIG ONE. 

Thunderfalls, a mind-blowing 65 metre abseil through a magnificent waterfall.  The guides give you the necessary instructions, strap you into your harness and over you go! 65m of water, air and earth ..... AWESOME!!!!

The duration of the trip is approx 10 hours of action packed fun!* Please note that none of the jumps are compulsory!
